You are responsible for maintaining the security of your hm 777 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hm 777 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any point – this is particularly likely before processing larger withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and/or evidence of the payment methods used on the account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.
All transactions on hm 777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, average processing time is under 10 minutes. Bank transfers complete within a few hours during working hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant by hm 777. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month deducted from the account balance. You will be notified by email before fees begin. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

Most bonuses on hm 777 carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you need to wager in eligible games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. All bets and game wagers placed on hm 777 are final once confirmed. No bets or wagers may be cancelled, altered or reversed after the point of confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and any applicable settings are correct before confirming. hm 777 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

Where hm 777 is found to be liable to you for any reason, the maximum liability in any single claim is limited to the total value of your hm 777 account balance at the time the claim arises, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Note on Gaming Losses: Losses resulting from normal gameplay – whether in casino games, poker, sports betting or crash games – are not refundable. Gaming involves financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance or skill. hm 777 is not responsible for losses that result from the natural variance inherent in gambling.
hm 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, changes in payment methods, regulatory requirements, or to clarify existing terms. Minor amendments that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
